Volunteers Make the Magic Happen

Museum Assistant
Be a friendly face to welcome visitors.  Make people feel at home while highlighting Stillwater's fascinating history.  May also help with office tasks.

Collections Assistant
Help preserve Stillwater's history for future generations.  Assist the museum staff with cataloging and inventory, research and exhibit development. 

Marketing and Social Media
Assist with creating and editing marketing lists, website upkeep, mailing, and social media.

Events Assistant
The museum hosts a variety of programs and events throughout the year. Each event takes a tremendous amount of work and most would be impossible without dedicated volunteers. Event volunteers can help on many levels depending on interest and desired time commitment.  Volunteer for as little as a few hours for a single event or play a major role in event planning.

Grounds Assistant
The Heritage Garden and Butterfly Garden need occasional weeding, raking, and trimming. This is a popular project for Into the Streets and other groups.

The Stillwater History Museum could not be successful without the time and dedication of all of its volunteers.
